Bryan Cutler (R-Peach Bottom) commends the Pennsylvania Game Commission for reversing its decision requiring all hunters, including those with lifetime resident hunting licenses, to purchase a permit to hunt pheasants. The decision is in accordance with an amendment he drafted for a bill passed by the House in March.
